Terms & Conditions

1. PAYMENT

   1. Payment is due before training commences,
   2. ALL fees must be deposited to the TSHIRELETSO bank account via EFT, cash deposit, no cheques.
   3. No cash should be paid to our office/ branch
   4. Please use your name and surname as a reference and keep deposit slip as proof payment.
   5. Proof of payment should be attached to this form.
   6. Registration is only official once the non-refundable registration fee has been paid.

2. CERTIFICATION

   1. On completion of training the learner will receive a certificate of competency or training and a carry card where applicable.
   2. Certificate of competency and the carry card will comply will with the relevant legislations.
   3. The certificate and carry card will be available to the learner within seven working days upon completion of training.

3. ACCOMMODATION & MEALS

   1. Accommodation is available on request at an additional cost
   2. Tshireletso will only provide morning tea with biscuits or muffins and lunch only.

4. VALUES ADDED TAX

   1. VAT is included in this quotation.

5. IDENTITY DOCUMENTS

   1. We require a certified I.D. document of each trainee before commencement of training

6. MEDICAL CERTIFICATES

   1. Learners must submit proof of physical and psychological fitness of the learner to undergo the intended training.
   2. In addition, an optometrist’s certificate confirming the learner has adequate day and night vision and depth perception (e.g. Purdue University standard vision test No.3): Provided that a valid driver’s license is produced, it can also be accepted in lieu of the optometrist certificate and physical fitness of the learner to undergo the intended training.

7. PPE

   1. ALL learns must bring their own PPE, jeans maybe accepted as PPE,
   2. Tshireletso will provide a pen, notebook only.
   3. Tshireletso will only provide learning material Learner guides, assessment guides only.

8. CANCELLATION OF TRAINING

   1. Any cancellations should be done at least five working days before the booked date for a full refund.
   2. Otherwise a R700 cancellation fee will be deducted from your fees.
   3. Cancelling on the day of training will result to no refund and 100% of the fees will be forfeited.
   4. Tshireletso Multi-Skills and Training reserves the right to postpone training should the given course not have enough registered students

9. EMPLOYMENT AFTER TRAINING

TSHIRELETSO WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY EMPLOYMENT OR JOB ASSISTANCE TO THE CANDIDATE IN COMPLETION OF TRAINING. CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO SEEK A PLACEMENT AGENCY OR SEEK EMPLOYMENT AT THEY OWN CAPACITY.
