Requirements

To participate in the HIRA training course, delegates must meet the following requirements:Be at least 18 years of age.Hold a valid South African Identity Document or Passport.Have a basic understanding of the training language to effectively follow instructions and engage with course material.Possess basic literacy and communication skills to participate in discussions and complete assessments.All course materials, including manuals and reference documents, will be provided. Delegates are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen for personal notes.

Participants should wear professional or comfortable attire suitable for classroom-based activities. Full attendance throughout the course is mandatory to qualify for certification. A minimum of 10 participants per session is accommodated to ensure personalized instruction and meaningful engagement.
