Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and registered assessors to join our team and facilitate the assessment of candidates across various courses. If you have a passion for training and development and are accredited to assess any of the courses listed below, we’d love to hear from you!
Courses We Need Assessors For:
- ISO 14001
- Legal Liability
- HAZCHEM
- Working in Confined Spaces
- Health & Safety Courses ( First Aid, Fire Fighting, SHE Rep, etc )
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments in line with SETA and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate learners’ competencies and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with assessment policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with facilitators and moderators to maintain training quality.
Requirements
- Must be a registered assessor with relevant SETA accreditation.
- Proven experience in assessing learners in any of the courses listed.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
